Here’s a list of low cost subdivisions with very affordable house and lot packages for sale and for construction. The house and lot packages in these low cost housing projects in Davao can be availed thru Pag-ibig financing which means they can be up to 30 years to pay, depending on the terms of payment you will choose. If you’re not a Pag-ibig member, you may choose to avail these house and lot packages packages thru in-house (which can be up to 10 years to pay, depending on the subdivision) or bank financing (can be up to around 15 years depending on the bank).
