Santos Land Development Corporation, one of the most well-known and successful developers in Davao City, had a groundbreaking ceremony for the real estate developer’s newest middle class housing project, Ilumina Estates.
On September 26, 2012, the groundbreaking ceremony for Ilumina Estates was held.
Ilumina Estates is a new middle class subdivision project conveniently located in Communal, Buhangin, Davao City. The project is around 3 minutes to the Davao international airport and a few minutes away from major establishments in the northern part of the city. The house designs will be similar to Santos Land’s recent projects La Vista Monte and Priscilla Estate.
As of September 2012, the price per square meter is at P6,000. The smallest lot cut is 180 square meters. House and lot packages will also be offered but the price list hasn’t been released yet.
