Santos Land Development Corporation, one of the most well known homegrown developers in Davao City, unveils the scale model for The Ivory Residences Condominium and Obsidian Suites Hotel.
The Ivory Residences Condominium and Obsidian Suites Hotel will be built within a 4,700 square meter area in J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City.
Eyed to be finished in three years, the twin projects will employ around 1,000 employees for the construction and operations of the condotel. The Ivory Residences is an 18-storey tower with 330 units of various sizes while Obsidian Suites is a 10-storey business hotel with a roof deck. It will feature some 90 rooms ranging from superior, deluxe, junior and executive, themed suites. It will also house various meeting rooms, function rooms and two restaurants.
