Medija Residences is a Middle Class Housing Subdivision Project located in Catalunan Grande, Davao City. The project offers two (2) houses and lot packages namely: Eden House and Lynn House. As a pilot project by Medija Realty Corporation, the company made sure the quality of built as you can see in the area. The house and lot packages include the fence already which is not included compared to the other developer companies.
