Pryce Corporation

Pryce Gardens’ mission is to develop first-class memorial parks in the Philippines, providing our clients with well-developed burial lots and modern, efficient and customer-oriented interment services.
Pryce Corporation, the company behind the Pryce Gardens brand, is a property holding and real estate development company, founded on September 7, 1989.
Currently, it concentrates its operations in Mindanao. Its developments include upscale residential subdivisions, condominiums and commercial properties; it is also into hotel operations. In 1993, the company constructed its first memorial park in Cagayan de Oro city. Thereafter, a memorial park was successively built almost every year in Mindanao. In 1997, Pryce decided to solely focus its talents and resources in the development of more memorial parks.

Pryce Corporation also owns Pryce Gases Incorporated (PGI), a subsidiary that imports LPG and produces industrial gases, and sells them through a wide distribution network in the Mindanao and Visayas region. Pryce Gardens’ steady growth in the real estate industry and PGI’s financial resilience and growing presence in the LPG industry assure our customers that their investment has the backing and support of a strong, stable organization.
