Villa Senorita – a low cost to middle class Davao housing project conveniently located in Maa, Davao City.
Elenita Heights – one of the biggest low cost subdivisions in Davao City. Phases 1 and 2 in this subdivision are already full (all houses taken). Located in upper Catalunan Grande.
