DAVAO GLOBAL TOWNSHIP MASTERPLAN
Davao Global Township (DGT) is envisioned to transform the Davao Golf Club into an iconic business district and the address of amazing.
Phase 1, set for completion in 2022, is estimated to cost P10 billion with an extensive 93,000 square meters of gross floor area. It will include a corporate center, two premier residential towers, a retail strip with cineplex, outdoor retail spaces, and a civic center.
DGT is the first township development of Cebu Landmasters in partnership with Davao’s Villa-Abrille clan under the joint venture YHEST Realty and Development Corporation.
