BPI FAMILY HOUSING LOAN: 1-MONTH FREE AMORTIZATION PROMO MECHANICS
1. The BPI Family Housing Loan 1 Month Free Amortization Promo is open to all BPI/BPI Family Savings Bank customers nationwide whose application is received within August 8 until September 30, 2015 and booked on or before November 30, 2015. Coverage: Nationwide
2. Conditions to qualify:
• Minimum loan amount of P2Million
• Published interest rate will apply (no rate discount)
• Minimum term of 5 years
3. Client will enjoy free one month amortization for the first month up to a maximum of P50,000. In excess of P50,000, will be for the account of the borrower.
4. In case of failure to meet the minimum term requirement, the borrower shall reimburse the Bank the amount equivalent to the free 1 month amortization.
5. The 1-Month Free Amortization cannot be availed in conjunction with other promos.
6. Accounts of all BPI Unibank employees and their spouses are not included in this promo.
7. In case of dispute, the BPI Family Housing Loan Business Head’s decision will be deemed final in concurrence w/ DTI.
8. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government, direction and regulation. The promotion will be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
